Across conferences, launches, briefings, networking events, and corporate functions, her work is governed by milestone tracking, contingency planning, and clear accountability from the first brief to the final handover.

Axel oversees the production infrastructure and logistical framework behind each event. His responsibilities include staging layouts, audiovisual integration, lighting, equipment hire, transport, floor plans, and supplier load-in and load-out schedules.

Complex events often involve multiple suppliers, venue restrictions, and strict timing windows. Axel reduces that risk through site inspections, technical plans, supplier briefings, and a detailed production schedule that every delivery partner can work from.

From corporate conferences to experiential campaigns and multi-room programmes, his focus is making sure each technical component supports the programme and performs as specified on the day.

Catherine manages catering coordination across Pearl Lemon Events projects. She supervises menu planning, dietary requirements, kitchen scheduling, supplier integration, staffing, and service timing.

Her role requires continuous coordination between front-of-house teams, culinary staff, event managers, and third-party vendors. Whether delivering an executive boardroom lunch or servicing a corporate gala with several hundred guests, she maintains consistency in presentation standards, portion control, and service pacing.
