Webinar Production Company
We are a webinar production company that runs the whole broadcast — platform setup, speaker rehearsal, studio or remote capture, live direction, moderated Q&A and the recorded assets afterwards. Your speakers turn up and present; everything else is ours.
- Broadcast-quality output, not a laptop webcam
- Rehearsed speakers and a scripted run of show
- Recording, clips and attendance data delivered after
What a webinar production company adds over doing it in-house
In-house webinars fail in predictable ways: audio nobody checked, a speaker who has never rehearsed the platform, no one driving the Q&A, and no assets afterwards. A webinar production company removes all four.
We treat a webinar as a broadcast. There is a director, a run of show, a technical rehearsal, a backup path if a presenter drops, and a producer watching chat so the host does not have to.
What we deliver
Platform and setup
Platform selection or configuration, registration page, reminders and access testing.
Speaker preparation
Slide review, technical checks and a full rehearsal on the live platform.
Production
Studio or remote capture, branded graphics, lower thirds, intro and transition stings.
Live direction
Director, producer and chat moderator running the broadcast against a timed run of show.
Post-event assets
Edited recording, short clips for social, attendance and engagement reporting.
What it costs
One session, up to three speakers, rehearsal, live direction, recording.
Four to eight sessions, consistent branding, clip package, reporting.
Multi-track programme, studio production, sponsors and networking.
Platform licences are quoted at cost. If you already own a licence, we work inside it and the saving is yours.
From first call to delivery
- Step 1
Format call
Audience, objective, length and speaker line-up. We recommend a format that fits the attention span.
- Step 2
Build
Platform configured, registration live, graphics produced, run of show written.
- Step 3
Rehearsal
Full technical rehearsal with every speaker on the live platform, not a phone call about it.
- Step 4
Broadcast and follow-up
We direct the live session, then hand over the recording, clips and attendance data.
This is a good fit if
- The webinar is a demand-generation asset, not an internal update
- Speakers are senior and their time is limited
- You want reusable assets out of the session
We're probably not right if
- A quick internal team call
- You want the platform licence resold with no production
- There is no time for any rehearsal at all
Webinar Production — questions we get asked
- A single professionally produced webinar starts at £2,500 including rehearsal, live direction and the edited recording. Series and virtual conferences are quoted per programme.
- Zoom Webinar, Teams Live, Hopin-style platforms, YouTube and custom RTMP destinations. We can also stream to several destinations at once.
- Yes. We mix remote speakers into a single branded broadcast, with a technical check for each one beforehand.
- We can produce from a London studio, from your office with a portable kit, or fully remote — whichever suits the speakers.
- The run of show includes a fallback: pre-recorded segment, host bridge or reordered agenda. The audience should never see the seam.
- The full edited recording, short clips, the registration and attendance report, and the questions asked — which is usually the most commercially useful part.
