Live Event Streaming Services (UK)
We provide live event streaming services across the UK — multi-camera capture, vision mixing, branded graphics, captions and distribution to your platform of choice, with redundancy on the connection and the encode.
- Redundant encoding and bonded connectivity
- Branded graphics, captions and multi-destination output
- Recordings and clips delivered after the event
How our live event streaming services work
A stream is judged on the two minutes someone joins. Live event streaming services in the UK live or die on audio quality, upload reliability and whether the picture looks like television or a webcam.
We take a clean audio feed from the room rather than a camera mic, run a bonded or dedicated connection, and encode with a backup path so a single failure never ends the broadcast.
What we deliver
Capture
One to six cameras, operated or locked off, plus screen and presentation capture.
Audio
Dedicated stream mix taken from the desk, not from the room.
Connectivity
Site survey, dedicated or bonded connection and encoder redundancy.
Presentation
Branded holding screens, lower thirds, stings and live captions.
Distribution
YouTube, LinkedIn, Teams, Zoom, custom RTMP or a private player, simultaneously.
What it costs
One camera, desk audio, graphics, one destination, recording.
Three to four cameras, vision mixing, captions, multi-destination.
Parallel room streams, session recordings and consolidated delivery.
Connectivity is quoted after a venue survey. Where the house line is inadequate we price a bonded solution rather than gamble on it.
From first call to delivery
- Step 1
Venue survey
Sightlines, power, audio access and — critically — a real upload speed test.
- Step 2
Technical plan
Camera positions, audio path, graphics, destinations and redundancy.
- Step 3
Rehearse
Full stream test from the venue on the day before or the morning of.
- Step 4
Broadcast and deliver
Live stream, then recordings and clips within a few days.
This is a good fit if
- The event has an audience that cannot attend
- The content is worth keeping as an asset
- A dropped stream would be a real problem
We're probably not right if
- A phone on a tripod would genuinely do
- The venue will not allow access to the audio desk
- There is no time for any technical rehearsal
