Corporate event video and content production

Enterprise Event Video Production and Conference Content Capture

Most corporate events produce one hour of value and no assets. We film conferences and enterprise events properly — multi-camera keynote capture, session recording, executive interviews and edited clips delivered while the event is still running — so the twelve months after the event work as hard as the day itself.

  • Multi-camera capture with broadcast-grade audio and switched vision
  • Same-day highlight edits for social and internal comms
  • Full session library delivered within ten working days

What enterprise event video production covers

Enterprise event video production means filming an event as a content operation rather than a camera booking. Before the day, we agree the asset list: which sessions become a full recording, which become a five-minute edit, who is interviewed, and what the sizzle reel has to say. That decides the camera plan, the audio split from the AV desk, the lighting on stage and where the interview set goes.

On the day, a switched multi-camera setup records the main stage with a clean programme feed, ISO recordings of every camera, and a separate audio feed taken from the sound desk rather than a camera mic — the single biggest difference between usable and unusable conference footage. Breakout sessions are covered with locked-off cameras and radio mic feeds, and an interview crew runs in parallel to catch executives, customers and partners while they are in the building.

After the event you get the full session library, the edited highlight assets, subtitled social cuts in the aspect ratios your channels need, and the raw files. Where we are also running the live stream, the same camera package serves both, which is why filming alongside a streamed event costs far less than commissioning it separately.

This is a good fit if

  • You run conferences, summits or town halls worth filming properly
  • Content is expected to serve sales and marketing after the event
  • Executives and customers are in one room once a year
  • Budget for content starts around £6,500

We're probably not right if

  • You need a single videographer for two hours
  • There is no plan for what happens to the footage
  • Budget is under £5,000

Enterprise Event Video Production — questions we get asked

Yes, and it is the efficient way to do it. One camera and audio package feeds the live broadcast and the recorded library, so the incremental cost of the recorded content is small.
