Enterprise conference and brand activation management

Event Marketing Agency for Enterprise Conference Activations

We run brand activations at the conferences your category is judged at — MWC, Davos, Web Summit, IFA, CES, Cannes Lions and the industry shows that matter more to your buyers than any of them. One accountable team across London, the UK and Europe, from stand and suite build to executive hospitality, content capture and post-show pipeline handover.

  • Multi-location and multi-market delivery under one contract
  • Named show director on site at every activation
  • Procurement-ready: MSA, insurance, RAMS, references on request

What an event marketing agency for enterprise conference activations does differently

An enterprise conference activation is not a bigger stand. It is a portfolio problem: several shows a year, in several countries, each with its own organiser rules, freight window, local crew market and internal stakeholder set — and one brand that has to look identical at all of them.

We manage that as a programme rather than a series of jobs. A single design system is engineered once, then adapted to each floor plan; kit is stored and re-skinned between shows so the second and third activations cost materially less than the first; and one team carries the institutional knowledge from show to show instead of rebriefing an agency every quarter.

The commercial layer is where most conference spend leaks. Executive meetings, hosted dinners, analyst and press slots, demo scheduling and lead qualification are planned before the build is designed, because the build exists to serve them. You leave each show with a qualified pipeline list and a cost per meeting, not a photo gallery.

Three to five shows a year, shared design system, stored and re-skinned kit.

How it works

From first call to delivery

  1. Step 1

    Portfolio review

Your show calendar, historical spend and what each show has actually returned. We will tell you which ones to drop.

    Programme proposal

Design system, per-show budgets, executive programme design and the measurement framework, within ten working days.

  3. Step 3

    Build and mobilise

Fabrication, freight, organiser approvals, crew contracting and stakeholder rehearsals ahead of each show.

  4. Step 4

    Deliver and report

Show director on site, daily numbers, pipeline handover within 48 hours and a portfolio review each quarter.

This is a good fit if

  • You exhibit or activate at several international conferences a year
  • Procurement, legal and brand all have a say in the appointment
  • The activation must generate executive meetings, not footfall
  • Budgets start in six figures across the programme

We're probably not right if

  • You need a single small stand at one regional show
  • The budget is under £75,000 for the year
  • You want a freelance stand builder rather than a managed programme
FAQs

Enterprise Conference Activations — questions we get asked

A single flagship international activation starts at £75,000 including build, freight, crew, executive programme and reporting. Multi-show programmes typically run £200,000–£500,000 a year, and global portfolios sit above that. Organiser floor space and sponsorship are paid directly by you.
Yes. We plan activations around the named conferences that matter in your category — MWC Barcelona, Davos, Web Summit, IFA, CES, Cannes Lions and vertical industry shows — and handle the local organiser rules, freight and crew in each market.
Yes. Multi-location and multi-market delivery is the normal shape of this work. One programme team owns the design system and reporting; local crews and freight partners are contracted per market by us.
We agree the measure before the design: executive meetings held, qualified opportunities created, analyst and press coverage secured, and cost per qualified meeting. Pipeline is handed to your CRM within 48 hours of the show closing.
Yes. We work to an MSA, carry public liability and professional indemnity cover, provide RAMS and method statements per show, and supply client references on request.
Four to six months for a flagship international show, because organiser approvals, freight and structural sign-off sit on the critical path. Portfolio planning ideally starts a full cycle ahead so kit can be designed once and reused.
Yes — suites, hosted dinners, meeting scheduling, VIP transfers and briefing packs are part of the programme, and are usually where the measurable return actually comes from.
