- Fully delivered parties typically start around £85 per head including venue, catering and basic production, rising to £120–£180 for premium formats. Planning fees are quoted separately and shown clearly.
- June to September for December dates. By October the good exclusive-hire venues are largely gone.
- Yes — including regional parties on the same night with consistent branding and menus.
- Yes. Dietary capture runs through the RSVP process and is reconciled with the venue and checked on the night.

- Below roughly £85 per head we will normally tell you to book directly with a venue rather than pay a planning fee.
